So this just crossed my mind somedays ago and i needed to let it out.

its about what happens to white and black peaple and how peaple say that its different to the colour of the skin.

if a white man/woman is murdered its "murder"

if a black man or woman is murdered its "racial murder"

if a whie man or woman is attacked its "assault

then if a black man or woman is attacked its "racial assaulting"

and if a white boy or girl is being bullied its "being mean

if a black boy or girl is begin bullied its being racist

and theres so many others, now my self beleive in rights for all i'm not racist but this just seems a bit...well i don't know the word but what do you think?

Please, please learn how to spell "people". Dunno why but that bothered me for some reason. I think that this stuff is a bit silly- sometimes they are actually hate crimes, but I don't think all assaults are hate crimes. Not everyone hits each other on basis of race; sometimes people are just being dicks regardless of race.

And no, it's not "reverse" discrimination. Any group can be discriminated against, it just happens that blacks happened to be persecuted mostly by whites for a long time in America.

Anyways, there are still people alive who are racists and who supported segregation, but that doesn't mean a whole race should be labeled as "oppressing black people". Some whites did but not all, and it's especially silly to blame it on people born after the 60s. We should not make crimes about race unless there's actually evidence that racism was taking place, and even then I question the logic of making a sentence longer just because someone happened to be a different race than you. That seems kind of... racist.

I'll round the founding of the United States to the 1800's to make it simple. So, 1800-1865 when slavery was abolished. Ok. 1800-1960's, hey that's 160 years!
