Tis better to sit in silence and be presumed a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt.

This topic is stupid in the fact that you make it seem that followers of religion don't believe in science. Many Christians, including myself, believe in God, and that he created the universe, and also believe in evolution and the big bang. Please get it right before you start a Science vs. Religon shithole of a topic.

You obviously haven't read through this topic. It's 18 pages and many months old... you might wanna go back and catch up...

After reading most of the pages here...I have a question to ask you all...
What's more likely? That an all-powerful, mysterious God created the Universe, and decided not to give any proof of his existence? Or, that He simply doesn't exist at all, and that we created Him, so that we wouldn't have to feel so small and alone?

First off, this question is incorrectly states, as is says "not to give any proof of his existence",
when in fact there is constant proof of such existance.
That being said,
The former. If you've ever been in a position of high power and influence, you would know first hand that the LAST thing you want is to be public, visible, and accountable for all your actions (as well as everyone else's). People in visible positions of authority are more likely to be judged and ridiculed than praised. Think of our current president, any well known historical figure, dictator, etc.

This is very simple to solve.....
Morgan Freeman the God.
Chuck Norris the Son.
Robin Williams the Holy Spirit.
The mystery of the Three hath been solved!!!
Ironically, I think this is exactly how the Church came to the mystery of the 3 as well......

Making me look stupid? The only person looking stupid is you after not responding to my previous post for 3 and a half days. Because you know you're being crushed under the weight of your own ignorance and uneducated foolishness.
I was saying that I did not need a study bible to decipher the Bible and what it says, that does not mean that some people, such as yourself, do not need a study bible or some ignoramous Catholic priest to teach them what the Bible is saying.

From where do you draw this conclusion? I study the Bible everyday, sometimes with family, sometimes by myself. And I did not claim to understand the entirety of the Bible, maybe moreso than Imperator at the least, but not to a state of perfection.

Bum ba dum dum! He's BACK! Angrier, dumber, and and faster than before! Return of Dre-Man, part IV: The idiot chronicles!!!
?? Which one didn't I answer? The one about me "sucking my toes" or the non-question rant about my "catholic drivel" of an education? I can't answer things that aren't posed as questions.....
Because you know you're being crushed under the weight of your own ignorance and uneducated foolishness.
Why don't we let the boards decide who's more intelligent, hmm?

How wrong does one have to be to have theists AND atheists united against them?
Tis better to sit in silence and be presumed a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt.
