I do not like any of the organized religions.
I can't say that I truely Hate them.
But my real problem with religions is,I don't care for the obvious manipulation religions all use to control 'the faithful'.
Freedom of ideas to be exchanged are frowned upon if they diviate from any religions dogma.
Being unflexable with (in my opinion) petty things,for example, drinking of alcoholic beverages makes you a bad person.
having sex outside of marriage, being seen as bad in some religions, being deadly in some others.
dictating the way a person has to dress, to the point of beating you for failure to be attired in the religiously correct clothing.
Having to be a regular participating member of a religion to 'belong' to that group & if you do not you can be ,excommunicated, just shunned, even driven from your community or killed.
Total Absolutely Blatent Mind & Independant Thought Control.
Everybody act the same
Everybody dress the same
Everybody eat, pray, enjoy, dislike & do the same as everybody else, Or God help you.
But these are personal dislikes , not truely hate.

Usually Christians are dissed in science vs. religion topics, but even there, it's usually just on creationists, who aren't religion-specific...and when you have ripping on Christians, you have ripping on atheists.

The only time I've seen this board hate on Jews is when people are either stealing jokes from South Park, or are just neo-nazi trolls, who are just trying to start up trouble.

Islamics are usually hated on in more politically orientated topics, where people will do things like take inciteful passages from the Qu'ran and attribute them to terrorist attacks etc. Which seems to be a solid argument, considering most Islamic terrorists are extremists.

I wouldn't say this board "hates" Muslims. However, there is a concentration on them because of the media focusing on Middle-Eastern terrorism, where people are typically Muslim.

really it hates most if not all religeons(can't spell there i said it lol). well really its people who are so called scientific. they fight for their aithiesm quite ferverently. though it seems to me that they go more out of their way to fight christianity more then other religeons. i mean you can get fired for praying in school if your a teacher, i mean really. you can probably talk more about even islam more then christianity. of course i go to a christian school, so i don't really know how most public schools are like.

This thread is ridiculous. The only time Muslims are even targeted in criticism is when terrorism or the Iraq and/or Afghanistan operations are discussed.

The VAST majority of religious criticism is pointed at Christians. And whenever 9/11, Israel, Palestine, or the holocaust are brought up, it becomes a Jew-bashing fest consisting of misinformed 15 year olds explaining why they "know" that Jews seek to rule the world and are responsible for this and that nonexistent conspiracy.

If what the topic said is true, then I finally found a forum where people actually have the guts to speak out against Islam. I've noticed that when it comes to online religious oriented forums, most attacks are aimed against the two lightning rods, Judaism and Christianity... Wonder why though?
