Interesting... I went through and read all 10 chapters, I had to take a peek at why this thread was 17 pages long, after reading the prologue, I guess I was intrigued. Not that I'm all that into 'tentacle monsters' or Yiff....... But, the fact that a chick was writing all this, and the fact that it was done with solid vocabulary and good literary quality made it a little enigmatic-- given the content and type of story. It definitely isn't the same old crap..
Anyway, compliments to you Shuko, you seem to have some real writing potential, I guess I'd say that you're good at painting a literary picture, which is great in the context of story telling, reminds me of reading Tolkien a little bit, but with horny sex beast tentacle monsters instead of hobbits... LOL
So, I guess it's been a few weeks since your last chapter, I'm not sure why, maybe you don't have time, maybe you got bored with it, or maybe you aren't sure where to go next without beating a dead horse... I had a couple ideas, I'm sure you'll take them with a grain of salt.
It seems like you've kind of reached the zenith for the stalking and killing of tentacle monsters, so maybe something different and dramatic needs to happen-- A tragedy: an important character gets killed or captured by the tentacle monsters and is taken to be interrogated by the 'high council'-- A war, the tentacle monsters seeing their numbers depleting wage an all out war on Japan, they may in a coordinated effort start capturing all the Japanese school girls and all other females capable of bearing children and taking them back to their strong hold for mass emergency mating purposes. -- A truce? The tentacle monsters seeing that their situation is hopless and that confrontational behavior will lead to the extermination of their species try to make peace, treat women better-- stop raping them and only mate with voluntary participants (cmon it's Japan, somebody's gonna get into that)-- and uh.. they integrate into society with jobs as sushi chefs and work in fields such as auto mechanics, porno movies, and investment banking?--- some go to work for NASA and teach mankind some secret super-cool alien stuff.
Well, I guess we'll see what happens...
