if you get a game sponsored, can you enter it into the competion as well, or do you have to choose wheather you want the competion or the sponsorship money?

That's kinda obvious. When you first make the game you either choose sponsorship or contest. Make your choice, you can't have both.

About the music thing can we take music from the Audio portal? because they not only know that people will be downloading their music but they want people too, so do we neeed permission to use audio portal music?

Yes. By putting stuff in the audio portal you allow it to be used wherever.

we have about 6 music artists so far but we havnt had much luck in getting animators to animate for us.
