I picked mine up for $269
Thing is the shit. All I need now is a tube condenser, cause that would be orgasmic.
Nice price! My only concern is the USB connection. Does it auto compensate for latency? I'm going to want to do overdubbing. Is the Mini practical for that? I don't want to go back and correct it!
The description says Zero latency monitoring. That's just what you're recording. What about a headphone mix? (I'm missing something) I'd suppose route your master Pro Tools output into the 2nd ¼” input for a headphone mix. Wait, did I think that out right? How else would you do that? blah

When your using it, no audio comes out of your speakers. It all comes out of your headphones. There is a small 1/10of a second when your monitoring back your own guitar or through the mic, but it sounds more like a there are 2 guitars at the same time, hearing it over the monitor mix.
But when you record there's zero latency.
its simple in reality, but complicated to explain.
What I really love about it is its COMPLETLEY usb powered, so you can just plug it in if you wanna record somewhere else other than your desk.

The first track of the first track is a little sloppy, but thats a sample of the quality of the thing plus an mxl 770s.
Each of those tracks were recorded in under an hour. Never had problems with overdubbing or recording another track

Hmmm, .1s isn't horrible latency but it would still piss me off if it sounds like 2 guitars playing. It urks me that it's not firewire. I don't need it for traveling or anything and I probably wouldn't even use it other than to start up Pro Tools for recording Rewire tracks and VSTs.
Thanks for the feedback.
