no because Jesus was not divine. Islam apparently still loves Mary though.

From a Christian or Islamic perspective? Are you familiar with the Christian Trinity?

for Islam. Christianity has trinity, Judaism only has the Holy Spirit & YHWH and i'm guessing its the same for Islam.

Okay.... so you agree with Grammer that Jesus is both not divine and Allah, from your islamic perspective. Cool.
I totally understand you now. Thanks.

They are all related, Abraham is related to Muhamed (PBUH) and to Jesus, as he was of the line of David, so who cares

Christians and jews care.
Since, they don't really believe in what Muhammid preached or that he was in any relation Abraham.

sh'ma yisrael, adonai eloheinu, adonai echad.
basis of judaism > "allah"
of course, God could have appeared to each of the different originators of the religion speaking in a language that they understood, and the word to describe God came out to...whatever.

Look abraham was an Arab.He was born in the city of Ur in the modern day country of IRAQ.abrahams son Ishmael had children and those descendants became the arabs.out of the arabs came Muhammad/(PBUH). this is how Muhammad is related to Abraham. The christian and Jewish scriptutes simply concnetrate on the line of Issac.

Thats not true at all you fool.
Even according to Islam, Abraham was alive before his descendants splintered and formed various ethnic groups that comprised the various 12 tribes of Israel and that include Arabs, Ancient Judaens and so forth.
He was born in the city of Ur in the modern day country of IRAQ.
Are you retarded?
In Abrahams time Arabs didn't even exist yet!
Why do you think that the CURRENT ethnic majority in the land Abraham was born in 6000 years ago means anything? In Abraham's time, there were ethnic groups that don't even exist today any longer, and yes Arabs descended from Abraham, but Abraham was not an Arab.
According to your logic, I can rightfully say that Abraham was Anglo-Saxon, just because Anglo-Saxons descended from Abraham.
abrahams son Ishmael had children and those descendants became the arabs.out of the arabs came Muhammad/(PBUH). this is how Muhammad is related to Abraham. The christian and Jewish scriptutes simply concnetrate on the line of Issac.
Notice how you completely ignore a simple fact. Abraham's descendants also gave birth to the tribe of Juda and the Israelites (whose descendants exist today as Jews), and Ephraim (whose descendants exist today as Caucasians).
But you are choosing to believe that Abraham was an Arab, even though Arabs didn't exist yet, and even though Abraham's descendants formed into various other ethnic groups over time. Meanwhile, I'm sure you'd think it ignorant to suggest that Abraham was a white, anglo-looking man with blonde hair and blue eyes.
I don't know where you're getting your information, but damn. You sound like you're just repeating the propaganda that the Palestinians pass off as fact. You might as well repeat the lie of "Palestine was an independent nation since the dawn of man".
Oh and by the way, I am half-Arab so don't accuse me of being prejudiced or biased.

This is a fact.
You can worship the same god, but that doesn't make you on happy terms. For hundreds of years catholics and protestants were battling it out with one another simply because of a few small differences in doctrine. And in both cases, each religon thought that god was on their side.
I would rather a man be a good person, then a good christian. I hope with the new un-veilance of the laws of attraction, christianity can be renewed into a religon which attracts people of the western world who are living under high amounts of stress due to a highly complicated life style, and can learn something from the concepts of intention, surrender, and open mindedness.

First of All muslims, Jews and Christians all believe in only 1 God. so you shouldnt use "that one God" in ur sentence.
Also what do you mean "that one God"? God is the word in english, Allah is the word for God in Arabic, yaweh (or however you spell it), is just another way of saying god.
When you say "Christians conveniently don't give God a name other than "God" ." you are wrong. Only ENGLISH speaking christians call "God" God. In french its "Dieu", arabic "Allah", and so on.
I am arab so i say Allah when talking in arabic, as i say God when talking in english.
I hope that made sense...

I don't see any logical reason in worshiping anyone...
I don't see any logical reason in why you do...

I would doubt that. "Allah" means one god yes, but technically, Muslims are worshiping a different god, this one coming to Muhammad, not Abraham or Mary. (Though he came to Mary indirectly with Gabriel...)

But the angel Gabriel is the one who came to Muhammad...so then would that mean that Christians and Muslims follow a different God than Jews?
Where is the technicality? The Muslims have the Dhimmi principle where good Muslims are required to treat Jews and Christians with tolerance because they worship the same God from the Islamic perspective. I fail to see where God coming to Mary through an intermediary angel is any better than coming to Muhammad...there is a logical disconnection in your conclusion here.
There are some Christians who deny the Muslims and/or Jews worship the same God as them.
There are some Muslims who deny the Christians and/or Jews worship the same God as them.
There are some Jews who deny the Muslims and/or Christians worship the same God as them.
So what this topic comes down to is essentially an individual's personal theology. As a Mason (a fraternity which transmits values through scriptural allegory, and NOT a religion), we believe that Muslims, Jews and Christians all worship the same God/Deity/Creator/etc.

I too wouldn't see any logical reason in keeping in touch with friends and family, and also thanking them for all that we have ever received from them.
