Depends on what you mean by "best". Best to live in, best to visit, best to look at, most productive? There's nothing like visiting a global city like New York City though. I like tall buildings.
I also hear Funkytown is a nice place to be.

It's obviously Manchester. It really is the best city in the world. Beautiful, great history, birthplace of the industrial revolution, first calculators, first computer technologies, essential to the abolition of slavery, so much proud history that's changed the world from the shithole it was to the place it is nowadays, so many famous people and innovations, all old buildings, all friendly people, nice and clean, lots of different cultures and lots of curries - loads of curries - and gays and chinese food and cheap drinks and it's far better than fucking gay London or anywhere else in fucking England. Seriously.
Manchester represent. Northerners are far more real and grounded and regular, too. Manchester's the friendliest city in the world. Musically very important too.

Go Vancouver!
Hell Yes! Most reports I've looked over rank Vancouver Canada and Melbourne Australia as the top 2 cities. Actually, I can't recall Vancouver ever slipping out of the top 10.

Albany, New York. I was vacationing up north last summer and had the pleasure of spending a week here. When someones thinks of "New York" most people think of the hustle of big citys. But the capital of the state, Albany, is a small town, very rural. Animals and nature are everywhere, the whole town is surrounded my mountains, the sight of it from flying in from the plane was breath taking.
But if I lived there, it would probably ware off and get tiring. But when I was there, it was great.

Touche. But I'm still going with mine because yours doesn't have a month on it. Mine says "June 2006" and I have no idea when they update this stuff (for the slow that means his could be from Jan-May.)

Funny, considering the education rate in Canada is WAY LOWER than in the US.
You are a shining example of how contrary to the the fact that Canadians are less wealthly, less educated, less successful etc than Americans, but they also continue to believe myths and misconceptions to salvage their pathetic, fragile Canadian pride by pretending this isn't true.
I can beat kids with down syndrome on a test, same thing.
So in that case... beating a Canadian would be like taking a test against....nobody by contrast, considering your rate of college educated citizens in much lower.
Now I couldn't find the page again, but I remember reading that Quebec City was Canada's most educated city and it had a college-educated rate of somewhere in the 30-40% area. This is compared to the highest educated city in the US of Seattle which has a 52% college-educated rate.
So there goes another one of your Canadian myths.
But before you reply by spouting out your standard incoherent Canadian rants... do I need to invoke the IQ test again that shows Canadians have lower IQs than Americans?
Yay, Obama won. Let's thank his supporters:
-The compliant mainstream media for their pro-Obama propaganda.
-Black Panthers for their intimidation of voters.
