so this is what happened... I had gym yesterday and we were runnign laps...and we run row-by-row so in my row were some of the slowest runners :(...so it was my row next and we began running around the gym, so i was gonna pass the runner in front of me and i slipped on a fucking huge puddle of water...what was a puddle of water doing inside the gym anyways? so i flew across the gym and lander near the bleachers... like 3 feet... and i lander right on my knee :(... at 1st it didn't hurt but i tried to stand up and my knee started to burn, so i looked at it had 3 bruises around my knee...so i had to get in a wheelchair and my dad took me to a chiropractor...turns out it was dislocated...right before soccer season was gonna start...what a world, so here's the question... Should I Sue The School???
You could try and get compensation. I doubt you'd get anything else though.

Wah.
Why are you trying to place blame on someone? The school didn't mean to injure you, and probably had no knowledge of the danger.
You would need to prove that they knew of the danger and neglected to inform you.

Sue-ing your school will do no good. If you win your school will get shut down. You won't be able to get a education.
But hey, i'm not the one who has the problem.

you could sue the school and win but you should have been more observant. you will most likely lose more money then you got becasue you have no serious injury.

Unless times have change when I was in school, they make you sign a waiver before participating in any physical activity. So out of luck for now.

Unlike 99% of the "should I sue x" threads here, you might have a case, were it not for the fact that it's only a dislocated knee, and no court is going to give a shit about it.

I think a rival school did it on purpose in order to keep you from playing this weeks game.
You should sue every other school instead

I think you might be able to sue, but is it worth paying the lawyer?
There is a war going on in you're mind. People and ideas all competing for you're thoughts. And if you're thinking, you're winning.

Well usually schools have ways around this, probablly by making you fill out a form that makes you agree with not to sue the school.
