i mean, it wont come as a surprise..
I wish these news topics brought me back to the general forum when I click the "Go Back to topic list" link. I always click it without thinking.

We told people the lockdown would happen early in the new year, so everyone should be prepared with the name they want, in case the final change comes with shorter notice than expected.
Yeah, go mogly and frosted muffins ^_^
What's the deal here? like 3 of them dont even meet the deadline. that pisses me off a little bit.
Who are the wacom tablets for? I'd love one, im nearly finished my first ever animetion (no its not a stick or anything, its quite professional i'd say :P) perhaps i should save some monies :/

I get annoyed at how Squeakytoad always bitches about something. I've seen him bitch about how a Daily Feature winner didn't deserved it because they animated poorly, how another guy didn't deserve to win monthly and how his movie was overrated because it didn't contain much animation, and scripters getting alot of money >:U Why can't you just be happy for people that win something squeaky?!?
Anyways, congrats on all the winners. I only watched the 2nd one a while ago and it was great :P
Crud, I didn't win, or even place... or get honorable mentions... oh well, always next year! =D
Congratulations to the winners. I hope they do good in the future.
Not needed, non needed, no one bled.
Thanks a ton guys. Now when my parents call me a failure I can go "HA SHOWS YOU, I'm an award winning voice actor, writer and animator! And you wanted me to be a doctor phsss".
Any news on the new layout, other than "February 28th"?
I wouldn't have thought "Christmas for one, please" would have qualified, since it was submitted 5 days after the deadline.
I'm not complaining though, it's just something I noticed.
I didn't know there was prize money!
Wow, good job.
I don't understand why MINE was never accepted. I mean was it so bad that it didn't even make the cut?? Judging by the quality of some of them I hope it wasn't the case or else I'm just going to retire from animation and become a janitor!

very good movie, its the only movie i had watched from the winners as the time of this post..
ill be sure to check out a couple of the others.
Dan Malo has come out to visit as well!
lucky you, i hope he is wearing some clothes.
By no means do i doubt your judgement Tom, but it saddens me that Captain Christmas isn't on the list.
Marx zombie lol

Yeah i want some news on the layout also. I know its hard to get the layout done right but you guys got to finish it sometime not in like 6 months.
Why wasn't Gift of Ages even mentioned? That was the best Christmas flash this year.
I suck.

Y'know what I noticed. There wasn't actually a deadline shown on the Xmas 2006 page. Just the Hannukah one.
I guess all in all, it'd be stupid to have a deadline for xmas themed movies set 5 days before Xmas.

I know. I'm totally pumped that I got mentioned. I would have thought it would be unfair if I got anything, though, because mine kind of sucked. My three favorites were Lil Orphan Boy, Gift of Ages, and Carol of the Robots. At least two placed.
I suck.
You know what would be really neat? These things actually being noticeable.
Congrats ToadClock and KnightClock!
Congratulations to all the winners.

wow, honorable mention o_O , not bad for me!, i thought this was defined for the scores
Wow, in total you gave $6600 dollars away. I see newgrounds is very generous. Half the profits you guys make, you end up just giving it to people who work their butts off on animation.
