Jesus, Jimsween, you just made sense and it was the single most frightening thing I've ever heard in my life. It could happen, too. Holy hell, the boy has a point here that I can't even argue with. What kind of sick bastard (i.e. Jimsween) would sit around and think about Freon and destroying the ozone? I don't know whether to applaud abstract thought or call the HSS. I'm not going to sleep tonight.

Interesting... Not that I don't think the plan is brilliant, but can we see your math on that?

If I wore a hat, I would take it off to you, jimsween. But since I don't, I'll take off my head.

get a speed boat and some explosives(yeah, its not easy, but try black powder for gun reloads) then sit outside of harbors waiting for oil tankers. blow up as many as you can. the leaking oil will kill the algae in the ocean, stopping the vast majority of oxygen production. well all run out of air and asphyxiate. not as easy as the freon one, but a little more catastrophic.

It can work. It's the only excuse I've ever had to approach both a biology and physics teacher (because the physics teacher seems to know everything about everything). Man, that's pretty scary.

Jim, that is a brilliant idea, and so simple! My second feasible idea involved anti-matter, but yours is good. What exactly is freon, except for something you wouldnt want bin-laden to get his hands on? I dont think its on the periodic table, unless im stupid and have missed it.

Freon is a chemical that was onced used in all air conditioners, much of them now use the safer puron (no chlorine to no ozone depletion).

If you have a very old freezer/fridge/etc, you'll probably have some contrband Freon in there. You can destroy the world from the comfort of your own home!

Jinsween, that is a fucking brilliant idea.
Even if you can't get around to following through with that plan of melting the icecaps, don't worry. The rest of humanity will eventually take care of that for you. Heh. So either way it's a win-win situation!

Yeah,I don't like you Bum, whats with you always being anti american just for the sake of it. Why don't you come up with a plan to blow up all of London or Wales or yourself. Hmmmm it must be in style and cool to be anti american. He is only 14 and still highly influenced by the media and his parents, so much that perhaps he is unable to organize his own ideas, which means he's listening to his parents. Dude stop listening to your parents you need to rebel your 14 you should argue and piss off your parents as much as possible right now::
::looks around for a chair to smash:: Lets start a riot Ahhhh!!!!
....maybe I should jump on the band waggon...oh wait no that would be trendy. But BumCheeky is trendy and he's so cool because it is cool to hate americans..oh well..did you here about the new English boy band their sooooo coooool.

unfortunately your argument is flawed...freon will not rise in the atmosphere, because it is many times heavier than air. Instead, it will hover near the ground, where it is absorbed and transformed by soil bacteria into entirely harmless biomass within one or two weeks.

The freon wont rise but the chlorine in it automatically wants to mix with oxygen so it will hook itself with oxygen molecuels riding up to the ozone.

You know whats creepy, I had never come up with this until this topic was made. I mostly just plucked it out of the top of my head from things I already knew (I knew so much about freon because as I said before my dad owns a heating and air business).

why dont we send the freon up into the ozone layer with a model rocket? they make some fricking huge ones. what about heating the freon to make it less dense so it will float? (destroying the world has been a dream of mine since 3rd grade)

Like I said it's not the freon that is supposed to go up into the air it is the chlorine.

but either way we will send either highly compressed gas or huge gas filled balloons into the ozone layer. and does chlorine float? if so it could simplify the experiment.

Just because they are theorising doesnt mean they would do it, if anything this opens up the issue that we are dreadfully unprepared and that we could come up with solutions to theses weaknesses.

Right, lets get this straight. I am NOT anti-american. I am anti-Bush Administration. I like many factors about the Americans, especially their get-up-and-go attitude and the fact that they work bloody hard for a living. Nobody is perfect, Americans have good points and bad points just like any other civilisation.
About the parents thing. Did you not quite grow up? My parents and I agree on a lot of things, but we disagree on other things. My father is very liberal and so am I. We do disagree on topics including abortion (I support, he doesn't,) execution (again, I am in favour of execution for some crimes and he is against under any circimstances.) I see no reason why anyone would need a gun and he supports gun carrying for defense. I do not rebel against my parents as they give me a lot of freedom. I don't really see the point of doing things like that. Are you inferring that i SHOULD rebel against them. For your information, I have no need to. My parents trust me to not do anything really stupid and for that reason I can sonme in at midnight on weekends. If you like, you can see the topic "Modern Parenting: a Debate" (http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic.php?id=62894) for how our relationship works.

This last bit really made you seem like a fool. You have to grow up. Are you raelly 23, as it says on your profile, or are you just taken aback by the fact that a 14-year-old can have political opinions and stick to them like I do. If you do, thats no problem. I know loads of people like you, but I dont understand it. People dont think I can hold a balanced, non-biased view because I am 14, and people assume that because I think these things, it must be my parents. People like that really annoy me.
Anyway, theres my thoughts, and I hope that you can see where I am coming from. Like to reply?
