i need help i'm stuck on gilgamesh, i beat him once but the 2nd time he's hard as hell, please help me in any way possable with tips for anything (from the best gambits to put on -to- best weapons to put on)

You should all be at least level 50, max out equip, concentrate on Enkidu first, cast dispel whenever you need to, just concentrate on keeping your teammates alive because Gilgamesh attacks like 8 times in a row.

i try but that dam dog, i'm like level 67 with vaan, fran and balithier are the same level, but that f'ing dogg make me want to quit....but i won't

First of all, repeat that in English. Once you get a gambit, you can use it on any character.
Gambit-wise, just keep it as attack closest visible. You should be fine, that single one got me through the game.

Cast "Haste" and "Temper" on your monk, and have him attack repeatedly. Or cast "Hatseaga" on your party and have a dual-wielding character use !Rapid Fire over and over again. Oh wait, you’re talking about final fantasy VII. In that case, do some giant 18-string quickening combo and kill all your enemies in one attack. Keep all your guys in heavy armor, expect have one character as a healer in mystic armor. The actual character doesn’t matter, because every character is identical. Give all your Espers to one character, and then never summon them because you don't "like" how you can't control your summon directly, and then complain about how the old final fantasies were better and how you wish Final Fantasy 7 could be remade for the PS3, and then how you wish the PS3 could cost less, and then how you wish there were more PS3s in stock, and then complain about how FF7 remade for the PS3 isn’t as good as the original one, and then buy the PS1 version of FF7 over e-bay and try to make it work on the PS3 but it isn’t backwards compatible so you have to re-buy your PS2 that you sold, only to find that the copy you bought over e-bay doesn’t work, so you have to buy another copy of it, and then it turns out that you never really even liked Final Fantasy 7 that much in the first place and jump off of a cow, fracturing your spinal spine. keep one person with ranged weapons one as support and the other as close combat with bubble, haste, shell, and protect on them and put regain on theme as well. it also would not hurt to cast decoy on them either. If they die revive and repeat.
