I don't think there's ANY racism against whites. It's all against other people. I realize most memorable criminals ARE dark-skinned, but think about memorable white criminals, also. Oh why can't we all live in peace and harmony? Why can't we all wake up in the morning and eat our fruit salads peacefully??

criminals. I meant to say that when you turn on the news, you see alot of dark-skinned criminals. This is the cause of some people's racism. However, if you remember there are white criminals out there too, it balances it out.

what news channel do you watch? I see plenty of many colors getting their asses locked up. sure scott peterson and susan smith didn't get as much coverage and OJ, but OJ's trial lasted well over a year, though i can't seem to remember exactly how long
of course, its all in WHO commits the crimes. the only people locked up are those who either get busted commiting a crime or who gets nailed by the evidence.

I find the idea that a African man or an Asian man or some other minority can't be called a racist If they are badmouthing white people simply because they're white.

Im just against everyone being angry at anyone else for no reason. For example, some people in the "ghetto" say that "The Man" (white guys) " are keeping us down!". That may be true, but if you really want to succeed in life, you need to work a little bit harder depending in what family your born into. I, for example, moved here when I was seven, and I was discriminated. But I didn't give a shit, and so I worked a little bit harder and look where I am now! Well, posting things like this on a forum isnt exactly a great part of my lifestyle, but you get the idea.

Basically, anyone can do anything, regardless of your ethnicity or whatever it is that they call it these days. The road is long for some, but everyone can make it, and a guy on the street walking up to you and saying your unsuccessful because your a "nig*er" should have an impact on you.

The United States isn't 400 years old. You aren't 400 years old. If you're assuming ancestors count, then all the Europeans have the Africans beat by 1000+ years. Europeans had agriculture before the black Africans (about the same as the Arabic Africans) and have relied heavily on Agriculture for 3000+ years.

So yes, I can be offended by it, even more so than a black for the reverse, at least under your rules.

A lot of other groups are minorities, too, and that doesn't actually mean anything at all. White, latinos, blacks, asians, everyone struggles in society. If the blacks have created their own problems (gangs, perpetuating ghettoes, etc.) in some areas, it is there fault and is a socioeconomic issue, not a race issue.

Then why are you labeling by race as if it matters? If we're all just people, why do we have Affirmative Action and other programs to help non-whites under the assumption that those people will be poor and badly educated? Why not make programs based on being poor and badly educated instead of making it a race issue?

Blacks aren't contributing to ghettos, they're there because they are still stuggling. Crime is a big problem in ghettos, due to poverty. If we ended poverty, especially in poor urban environments, we could end a lot of crime. Poor areas also have generally bad education systems, another reason for crime.

My point is, we're all people, so why the fuck are people racist. We all function the same way. We have these affirmative action programs, because contrary to popular belief, racist people still exist.

I completly agree with Svobodo on this because everything he said is true, how come you get banned on this for saying the n word but dont for saying honkey, there both sterotypical terms used to belittle a race.

It seems, or at least in my neighboorhood, it dosen't tend to mean much than a childish insult. Saying the n word has a lot more insult and is a DIRECT vocal assault and/or insult towards African Americans well, depending on the situation. (sort of)

Blacks CHOOSE to struggle in society. They WANT to be the minority, and they WANT to be looked down on. If not, they would get a grip on reality and realise that the big bad 'man' ISN'T holding them down, and that they have more fucking benefits than any race in the U.S. Fuck, they have food stamps, their own colleges, their own community funds, affirmative action... What else do they want or even need for that matter?!
