I can personally tell you it's a fake, because the Al-Arabiya (the TV channel's logo you see in the picture) is not the real one. Other than that, it says "Exclusive to Al-Iraqiya" on the leftmost box.
This is Al-Arabiya's logo, it never changes.

That's fucked up. They shouldn't have killed his dog. Granted he was probably violent, they should have just had him humanely put to sleep. I love animals and if you hang a dog you need to be put in jail for at least 5 years.
