You have a very good, and amusing, point. I can imagine how frustrated you are. I think it's because you haven't really givem much in the way of rules and structure, so nobody feels entirly sure about how good it will play.

That's because whenever you're asked about character creation all you do is make a post along these lines: i dunno just throw some stuff together and maybe give a thing you hate and i will make your character. That's barely enough information. Try making a list of playable character types, possible characteristics, abilities and so on. If you want to really go out of your way then you should post an example of what a character sheet should look like.

well i read your updates, but i still think you need to flesh it out a bit more before it becomes a viable idea for a game.

I've always said it. Secret of Mana, and Chrono Trigger are two of my all time favorite RPGs. Played and beaten both several times. TOS is a great game, too.

kool, so i might as well say a little about my rpg life, i like legend of dragoon, legend of legaia 1 and 2, chrono cross(havent played trigger, heard it was pretty good) ff7 8 and 10, starocean till the end of time, and thats about it, have any of you guys played legendof dragoon or legaia, ive only met like 3 people ever whos played them

sorry cant say i've played either, but i've heard theyre good games. all of those are console games, have any experience with Pen and Paper RPG's like D&D?

well thats the type of RP we try to do alot of here, where theres a DM and players with specifically created characters. if you have any ideas or suggestions for games or settings feel free to voice them. and if you really want to someone may run the game, or you can run it yourself.

more like an outline, if theres a story/setting you'd like to play out feel free to let us know and we can probably work something out.

ok kool, ill have to ask my friend on that, cuz he does this all the time on neopets with his friends, they just kind of mail back and forth bits of info of things that r goin on around the "area" that there in, it looked interesting the way he did it toso i figured we might try something like that

ah, your talking PBeM, play by e-mail, we just open a topic for it on the private forums, or we leave messages here on this thread, only one person controls the envirnoment and dice rolls and all that, the GM obviously.
