Evaporation through the natural cycle of liquids.
Temperature isn't the kinetic energy of EVERY molecule in a substance, just the AVERAGE. Some molecules have different temps than others.
Through evaporation an condensation, still water can "dry up". Think about morning dew- it appears in the morning when temperatures were lower at night, and dry up later as the sun rises. The liquid is absorbed into the atmosphere, blah blah blah, rainclouds, yada yada yada.

Also there is less air in higher elevations
Less air = colder
Also in case your even dumber "coldness" doesn't exist, only heat and absences of heat.
Theres different types of parts of the atmosphere where some have more air particles then others. Yes the less air, the colder it is because the molocules huddle together (like you would do if you were super cold) The more air the more spread out they want to be.
I learned this last year..

Water can evaporate at room temperature. Just very slowly. 100 degrees is just the optimum temperature for water to change state.
and why can I see steam when I piss?
Brunel is inside you.

agreed
the farther you go away from the core of the earth, which is basicly a central heating system, it gets colder. and heat expands, gas rises
i win!
Heat comes through the atmosphere and heats up the earth surface. The earth surface then radiates the heat back into the atmoshpere, thus the lower you go the warmer it is. Hot air expands and rises until a certain altitude where heat cannot reach and then it gets cold and drops again.
There, explained.
There isn't anymore.
Ever heard of Global Warming?

Hey, I bought this yacht after a lifetime of deep-sea fishing for sand dollars. I EARNED this Yacht.

WRONG.
Water can become a gas through to different processes. The first, evaporation occurs when water temperatures rise. I'm not sure about the exact temperature, but I would guess anywhere between 50-99 degrees centigrade.
once water reaches 100 degrees (boiling point) it starts to bubble(I'm not sure about the full process, I'll have to check) and it becomes gas at a faster rate.
and why can I see steam when I piss? Is my urine at the boiling point, i poured boiling water on my willy as an experiment and it burned like hell, pee pee doesnt burn so bad.
LOL.
smoke meth and hail satan
Yes, I was about to post a smartarse "Heat doesn't acctualy rise" post but I guess i got beaten to It.
Because God said so.

the sun is like 926,387 miles or something away from the earth 3000ft. isn't gonna make a differance
Water turns from a liquid to a Gas at 100 degrees celsius. So how do puddles dry?Because it was heated to 100 degrees. That's why your mother always told you not to play in puddles.
friction. the moving molecules create friction and molecule by molecule evaporate very quikly but this doesn't mean it's bioling hot plus their is the fact that water can be absorbed by soil plants and animals
and why can I see steam when I piss? Is my urine at the boiling point, i poured boiling water on my willy as an experiment and it burned like hell, pee pee doesnt burn so bad.Ah, but the pee still burns. If you drink it, you get hot breath. That's why Germans always have warm breath.
urine steams becuase it is warmer than the air temp thats why when it's cold out you see steam of your pool

eh... ive muddled up a classic phrase. 12 points if you can get what it is
"off fuck"
once water reaches 100 degrees (boiling point) it starts to bubble(I'm not sure about the full process, I'll have to check) and it becomes gas at a faster rate.
eh.... boiling point is the point at which a liquid turns to a gas.....so erm..yeah enjoy that little nugget of wisdom
It bubbles because its turning from a liquid to a gas typically at the bottom where the heat source is most typically going to be....
Because the tops of muntains would be the point where hot air turns cold, and comes back down to reheat.

When snow melts, where does the whiteness go
(and please no smart people, you can go and do my quiz here )
the "white" in snow is the ice acting as a prism in reverse it takes all the colors on the outside and mixes them back together to make white
me > j00

There is snow on mountains because the heat from the earth cools off as it rises to higher altitudes.
