A sword game (or shooting game for this matter) where the motion sensing takes complete advantage of the hardware. None of this pre-set motion crap.

That would be cool. The Zelda game is cool, but I want something like a Wii Sports Fencing or something.

You need to start supporting the future of gaming my friend. I'm a devout...DEVOUT...PC gamer but even I have turned to the wii. And with programs like wiimote that let u run the remote on your PC any devout gamer can enjoy it.
I think Nintendo have showen how people pioneering gameplay NOT graphics can produce much better games and improve the industry. Especially with low price tags and fun games.

It would also be interesting if an action-rpg used the wiimote as a wand of sorts.

Well, this doesn't really count but, you can go on the internet with the Wii, You can play any game tha is flash 7 or under and only uses the mouse. I found this one jedi trainer game where you swing the sword with the mouse so I tried it with my Wii. It's sick!!
