i would help... but i hate the fact that your gramer is... well lets say dont quit your dayjob. also, the dbz's efect has about 10 frames of yelow... aura. make a jagged line and make it rotate around the dude. a motion tween would probably be good for that. make the last frame a little bit *before* the first frame that way the mc will look like a continus loop. iamironman

There's a few options. You can just use gradients to try to achieve the effect (within the colors panel), or you can use Modify > Shape > Soften Edges... to soften the edges around a shape. Or finally, if you have a movieclip, you can use a filter to create a blur around the object (in the properties panel).
Hi there!

also if y0ou are using flash 8 you can use the filters on the inside to make it transparent. if you are using an older version, you can go into the mc of the aura and make the inside a graphic andchange it tint/ brightness to + 25 percent. or layer the tint so that the center is 50 and the outside is 25. if you use ting, make sure to tint it with yellow. this should make the efect look nice. if you have any questions make a new post, i will huver around this thred for a wile.

I decided to type like that on purpose. Other than that, my grammar's fine. Besides, I'm a student. Oh, and thanks for your help. Happy Holidays!

I could use some help too! How do you get a picture to become a background and not staying in front of the character in the game? My backgrounds become foregrounds! :P

Put the background in a layer under the layers of your character.
To the other guy, slick job on the quad post

I got it now, but my background sucks, and so does my Painting skills... Can anyone make me a background? I need it to have like trees, bushes, grass and such. It also needs sky so that the dragons have a place to fly.

Well your profile picture is not too bad and the best suggestion is that if your looking for great animated charecters is that you should buy a tablet too bad they are expensive good luck.

It's not my character drawing skills that suck, it's my ki auras.
