It must be happening for a reason.
god's wrath, i swear to god.
imagine how creepy it would be if i really believed that....*shudder*
Please explain the science behind it.
it's this cartoon on nick called "Avatar: the last airbender" its about this 12yr old kid who's like this uber important Avatar, master of all four elements (earth, fire, air, water). and the world is divided into four nations, the water benders, earth benders, air benders and fire benders.
the fire nation killed all the airbenders first because the next avatar was to be an air bender (he got away because he was frozen in an iceberg)
so anyway, 100yrs passed with this 12yr old uber bender kid in an iceberg and the fire nation totally was taking control of everything, pillaging allt he other nations and these two water benders find the avatar, his name is Ang.
so they find ang and he's got to save the world by the end of the summer. and he had only learned on type of "bending" and that was air bending, thus the whole major plot line.
either way the whole reason there's this one guy, the avatar who can do all these bending things is because he has to bring equality to the world to keep from one group of people from getting too powerful.
either way, i think they think it's like the force, everything is connected somehow, and they have these special stances which allow them to move wind or water or earth or fire to do stuff they want it to do.
the only weird thing is, the earth, water and wind people all use what element they bend from whatever is near them, the fire nation just has fire fly out of their arms and shit...it doesnt seem logical in the same way that the rest of the people in the TV show bend stuff.
