A Ds Or A Ds Lite?

I was wondering.... Should i get a blue DS original (that will match my cell phone's colors), a white DS lite, or a black DS lite. Im asking because i droped my old DS lite down the stairs and the top screen doesn't work.

Get a white DS lite, man. The black one will get hot if you play it in a car on a sunny day, and if the radio is on and there's some arguing in the air. And then you will hear a newflash from the car radio: It's the hottest day of the year, and the heatwave won't pass your area. And then you go to the sauna and play the DS there.

But the white model won't.

I live in Michigan (More precisely Detroit) and it only gets to about 90 degrees here.

Being no difference in gaming quality does it really matter?

If you want to save yourself abit of money buy the older, original ds.
If you don't mind paying the small amount more buy a lite, plus it can fit in your pocket.

A lot of people will tell you there's no difference between the two, but there is. The DS lite's touch screen is harder to press because of less sensitivity. Still, I'd say go with a DS lite. It's smaller, sleaker, and brighter (almost technicolor).

I agree, I have a black one and it's smexay. I put it next to the original silver one and I just shake my head wondering why the Lite didn't come out sooner

That tells you something, doesn't it? If you're going to get a Lite, be more careful with it. It's probably the least durable Nintendo console.
I've dropped my original DS down the stairs, on concrete, and it's even been thrown into a wall.
It only has one pathetic snap in the joint, and it still works perfectly.

Errr, you shouldn't buy a new DS Lite to begin with. Just send the old on in to Nintendo for repairs. If you plead often enough, you might get it down to like $50-$75 or so. It'll take about a week or so to send it in, you won't even get charged until everything is done.

Get a DS Lite, any color is fine, although I like white the best. It costs the same as a regular DS but has upgraded features.

Black DS Lite, they are so much better. They are slimmer, brighter in the screens, have better styluses, and of course, are "Lite"er than the original DS. I was stuck with an original DS and it sucked, now it's broken, so go for a Lite.

Well considering you can not find a new Regular DS that easily and its even harder to find the stylus pins I say get a Black DS Light the white shows dirt to easily.
