A quick sword question 2006-12-21 19:17:26 Reply

Can anybody name and escribe a few sword styles for me.

I already know about iaido and kendo but does anyone know any others that can be studied in the UK.

I dont know if this is in the UK but try looking for Hankumdo. Thats a pretty good sword style.

Why would you need more than a single style? It will take you years to master at least one of them...

Just stay with one... Most of them are similar (If you're gonna use a Japanse steel)

Eh... Johnny, I'm pretty shure those are types of swords.

He's asking for sword fighting styles.

I really don't know. I'm trained in hand to hand and hand to weapon styles, never have taken a sword art other than Kendo for a short while.
