After seeing this thread I thought'well thats a little harsh on all the n00bs and un-frequent posters(as in people who post-not ones on the wall,dumdum)-So-I will rate anyone with under 1000 posts in the same way that thread does-I still consider myself a huge n00b so I think that makes It fair to rate them-Also I am not going to select some people to rate for me-this Is a free-for-all!-If someone asks to be rated-Anyone can rate them.
