A swastika in a flash game?

So I´m busy with a game that has soldiers in it and stuff.
But there are also soldiers with swastika´s on their helmets.
My dad says I have to remove them to avoid trouble.
The game is ment to be sponsored when its finished, will the swastika´s matter?
I can always change them to something that looks like a swastika

also your controls are kinda dumb. diving should be double tapping right or left. and jumping should be a. but thats just my opinion, you do what you find best. if you wanna try my idea heres an open source script for it.
