I meant they made it 1 hit, big damge rather than tradition "If i hit you, i keep going" They also made it's distance half it's original length. In SS II he practically travels the whole screen with that move. Even in the new challengers they made the attack with a shorter range and impossible to connect more than once (the opponent is usually knockd down).

That's why Ken is better. and Sagat is the obvious superior.

His Tatsu Maki Senpuu Kyaku, because it's multi hitting, is more difficult to block as faster so it isn't as likely to fall for an anti-air counter attack such as the Tiger Uppercut or Shoryuken.
