3 or 4 days ago, Colin Powell went to Belgium for talks and unfortunately in Belgium, they have a warrent for his arrest for 'Crimes Against Humanity'

Obviously, the Belgium Government realised they couldnt actually arrest him so they changed the law 3 Hours before he landed.

Is this just another case of one law for the rich and another for the poor (so to speak,) or is it justified? And of course, what would hhave happened if they did arrest him?

It's pretty obvious that Belgium would do this because they prefer NOT to glow in the dark...

me? making things up? i dont lie here. its all completely true. of course, no-one in america heard about it because the government didnt want the papers printing it so they told them not to, effectively. the newspapers in Britain were no better, only one printed the littlest bit of the story.

you cant not trust someone cause you didnt hear it on the news in america. the news is heavily censored there. you have to do your own research. try typing in "colin powell" belgium "against humanity" you might get something good.

also, try it on google.fr if you can read french, their news is completely liberal.

Not very good laws. Great waffles, though.

Why the fuck would they want to arrest Powell of all people? I read the article something about a bombing attack during the Gulf War. But I have no idea what in gods name that is reffering to or how Colin Powell could be involved.

The Belgians have real balls having laws like that on the books where they can accuse seemingly anyone of war crimes and prosecute foreign nationals, especially considering they have little miltary to back such actions up.

yer. i think it was becuase of something in the gulf war. i was suprised because he seems like a softly-spoken and nice man.

er... not really. they dont have much military but they have loads of allies, which unfortunately america is losing rapidly. they cant prosecute anyone, you know, and they are prosecuting under international law, i believe. some countries choose to ignore that though.
