I'm usually hesitant about making poetry, but I made a poem anyways, tell me what you think.

Who are we?...
To determine what is right and what is wrong
to say this is 'the look'
to say this is brilliance
to say one has a different attitude because of a different ethnicity
to say someone's passion is more valuable than someone else's
it sickens me that some people can detemine they are greater
or someone else for that matter
when it's all just an opinion...

Tell me, O muse, of that ingenious hero who travelled far and wide after he had sacred the famous town of Troy. Many cities did he visit, and many were the nations with whose manners and customs he was acquainted; moreover he suffered much by sea while trying to save his own life and bring his men safely home; but do what he might he could not save his men, for they perished through their own sheer folly in eating the cattle of the Sun-god Hyperion; so the god prevented them from ever reaching home. Tell me, too, about all these things, O daughter of Jove, from whatsoever source you may know them.

I don't consider myself a Vogon poet.

I don't consider myself a Vogon poet.

Also it would be impossible, being so, I am a human and not a Vogon.

Really Nice! But it's not a very good ending... However, I really like this!!! :D

A rather disgusting-looking git that should have been disposed of ages ago.

Yeah I think the ending is a bit sour as well, ironically when I say 'when it's all just an opinion...' that's an opinion as well, I'll try to update later on!

Update: I like this version better.

Who are we?...
To determine what is right and what is wrong
to say this is 'the look'
to say this is brilliance
to say one has a different attitude because of a different ethnicity
to say someone's passion is more valuable than someone else's
it sickens me that some people can detemine they are greater
or someone else for that matter
the many examples of opinions misused as facts

I thought the last one sounded stupid as well, I'll probably keep on updating anyways.

Who are we?...
To determine what is right and what is wrong
to say this is 'the look'
to say this is brilliance
to say one has a different attitude because of a different ethnicity
to say someone's passion is more valuable than someone else's
it sickens me that some people can detemine they are greater
or someone else for that matter
as individuals do we choose what is right
and what is wrong
or does the the majority?
