Punching a baby while fisting?

Theoretically, If you fisted a pregnant woman would you punch the baby fetus? Would your arm go far enough to actually punch the baby in the face?

Seriously I really wanted to know I had a discussion about this with my mate today and neither of us had any idea.

That's very incorrect. Your total arm span is about equal to your height, so one arm could go pretty far.

Any particular reason why Punching a pregnant women is going to happen?

As has been said before, unless the woman was in labour, it isn't possible for your fist to reach up past the cervix into the womb.

That can only happen when dilation occurs, which only happens during labour.

And so unless you burst through the woman's flesh too, you aren't going to be punching a baby.

It's not possible.

The baby is completely surrounded by fluid, and there's a plug that blocks your cervix until the very end of your pregnancy.

Although, If you're dilated and you lose the plug.. then that's a different story.

I like the sound of those odds. Theres a chance the woman would survive, but not much of one. still possible though. I may just sneak up on someone who's in labor to try this out as that seems the way to go without killing the woman.
