get around parental control?

My friend can't come to NG because his parents have norton parental controls on. I tried sending him to different proxies, but they're all blocked, does anyone know of a proxy that wouldn't probably be blocked?

Ive got the best way to get around parental controls.

Get Emancipated, and Financially self sufficient. Then you can browse whatever internet sites you want; as an adult.

teh internets is not for teh kiddies.
