That's the whole reason behind Europe being lenient about immigration laws. With the "native" populations breeding more and more sparsely and gaining access to a better education, they depend mostly on low-class immigration to keep up with the bottom-end jobs. Otherwise, the economy collapses. Same thing in the US, to a lesser extent.

But even if each American couple gave birth to 4 children, the illegal immigrant (mosty Mexican) and hispanic population would still grow faster. Thats because anywhere between 2000 and 8000 illegals cross our border everyday, and the ones that are already here usually have more than 4 children per female.

So unless we build a wall or something, we're going to have a gigantic population growth among Mexicans/Hispanics. And theres nothing wrong with that in and of itself, its just the fact that over 95% of them are illegal immigrants causes a huge problem for the future of our country.

I admit that I'm no master on the subject, but in my particular opinion the issue would be more about assimilation than about keeping them out. I mean, if these people are willing to cross several miles of desert on foot in hopes of getting a better life, a pesky wall probably won't be enough to keep them out.
About assimilation, I guess that you could look back into history a bit. There was a big wave of Irish immigrants in the US somewhere in the 19th century, was it not? I'm not too sure on exactly how "legal" these immigrants were, but apparently they, just like the Mexicans nowadays, weren't exactly there to grab the white collar jobs. And a good share of Americans didn't exactly welcome them with open arms, either. Eventually, though, the Irish adapted to the American society. It may have took a few generations, but nowadays you don't see "No Irish Need to Apply" signs next to employmet advertisings.
Taking that into account, I'm not quite sure when did the whole wave of Mexican illegal immigration begin, but I don't see why they couldn't adapt to the country after a few generations, regardless of wether their ancestors were legal or illegal immigrants.

Nobody is destroying your culture. Piss and moan all you want, it's not happening. You want to see cultures destroyed? Look at the native peoples of the United States or Hawai'i. People mix and blend. Only the isolated can stay "pure," and then your gene pool probably sucks and you may get inbreeding (so that's what's wrong with the South(ern United States)).

Many cultures that don't have their own country are doing fine. Just look at the Hmong (if you even know who they are). And, uhm, how is Europe a "white land" if African people evolved into white people there?
