Sometimes that is what happens. Other times I guess it is random because they feel like being random. Like if you suddenly went off tangent in this conversation and began talking about socks or something I would be pretty worried about the state of your affairs. And this might get locked if that happened, so we might not want to do that. I guess I could always get banned too.
