You sir, know absolutely nothing about diabetes. For instance, there are 2 types
Type 1(which I happen to have, it's genetic): pancreas ceases to function, subsitute insulin is needed in order to eat normally, in the event of a serious low blood sugar, some kind of sugar is needed to bring it up. Until 1996 however, it was believed diabetics could not eat non-natural sugar, that is not true.
Type 2(old people and irresponsible kids): The pancreas functions, but insulin is not 100% efective. Thus the care for that type involves a strict healthy diet.
Oh, and you're a cunt.

That's because the woman does not know her place. To cure her of this affliction, apply hand sharply to the objects' forehead. Repeat if neccesery.
"Shocking new research reveals that three out of five blind people are not blind at all - they're just pretending to be blind!
Zenarosa Research International (ZRI), specializing in research studies of the handi-capped, surveyed 10,000 blind people worldwide over a 10 year period. In any given year, and in any given country, three out of five "blind" people admitted they were faking it.
"They gave us all sorts of reasons for pretending to be blind," reveals Zenarosa president Will Kane. "Some are doing it for easy money and government support, some for pity and sympathy, many just for the attention." These "blind" people will often use sunglasses, canes and dogs that have not gone through training but are nonetheless outfitted with a guide dog harness and leash.
"It's disgusting, isn't it?" says Kane. "I feel like backhanding some of these jerks and turning them in, but as a researcher, I'm sworn to be impartial."
ZRI is also completing research studies of Alzheimer's disease patients pretending to have Alzheimer's disease, cancer patients pretending to have cancer, and arthritis sufferers pretending to have arthritis. "There are literally millions of people in the world," states Kane, "who simply do not have the afflictions they claim to have. They may not be sick, but what they're doing is definitely sick"
