So. I've been looking into docking me laptop w/ the external screen, wireless keyboard/mouse all of that. But my Dell Inspiron E1505 turns off when I close it. I know its simply out of vanity, but it would be nice to be able to have this tucked away somewhere as I compute. Is there some program/file/thingamagig in whatever directory that I have to change so my laptop can continue to run while closed? Any help would be appreciated.

Start > control panel > power options

and there should be a dropdown that says "When I close the lid of my laptop"
