Is there any way that I can get cqi to work on my godaddy hosting account. I've been learning a little bit of cgi, at school I have a way to test it, I tried to upload the file to my godaddy account but it just displays the source. Does anyone know how I can get it to work?

Ask them, not us.
But usualy, there is a folder named cgi-bin, anything there is concidered cgi. Or they might use a special extension like ".cgi". Or the x bit hack where files marked as executable is treated as cgi, or was that for ssi?
To summarize, ask them, not us. There is a lot of ways a server might be configured.
