This time of year I get really pissed because of the holidays coming up.

It's my damn right to say Merry Fucking Christmas when ever I damn well choose. Well I get harassed for it because some numb nuts Jewish person of Atheist that doesn't celebrate Christmas gets mad about it.

Correct me if I am wrong but wasn't the US of A founded on the Christian Religion? To prove my point "One nation under God", "God Bless America", and other mentionings of God. are found in historical Government documentations.

So why can't some one choose what they say around the holidays?

I say Fuck saying Happy Holidays and Say Happy Chanukkah, Merry Christmas or Go to Hell for all I say. Its the fucking Holidays Say what the fuck you want and screw political correctness.

I agree with you. However, "one nation under God" was actually only added in the 1950s to help Americans feel superior to the evil godless communists, it in no way proves the US was founded on Christianity.

Well the actually took the "under god" part out of our pledge of allegiance. And "God Bless America" isn't an official national song, everyone just kinda sings it. Since it is freedom of religion in the good old U.S. they can't actually favor any religion or even talk about religion in any official song or pledge or something.

I despise Christmas time alltogether. Not just because I think the religion it comes from is an affront to mankind's intelligence, but the general feel of it. Those horrible gaudy decorations that defile public places, the suddenly louder commercial advertising and the god-forsaken Christmas specials.

Then there's the whole family thing. I don't want to drive around to see everybody in the 40 degree heat, I don't want to eat tea at an over-crowded table. This time of year is all about togetherness? Well fuck, If you need a time of year to be with your family, you fail at life. The time of year for giving? You should only give someone something when you think it is right, not just because of some annual obligation.

I don't see the goodness in people that is supposed to come out during the holiday season, just a hollow masquerade where everyone puts on there best attire and shiniest smiles, and shower eachother with with pathetic material obscurities, adding to the social decedance that spreads from corperations pushing their worthless products on us. What you see at Christmas is a travesty of kindness and generousity.

If I never see another Christmas tree again, I'll be too soon
