Well i dont know if this feature is html or not but in some sites they have a navigation on the side and when you click on a link it shows subforms under it. I know i will be able to that by editing all the pages but i want it to happen while they are on the homepage page. Hope someone understand what feature i am trying to talk about.

I know what you're talking about. It's done in DHTML. Go to http://www.dynamicdrive.com and click on menus & navigation (css menus) and you can find some there that you can edit that have been tried in various browsers.
