Godaddy should already have it since I believe that they have "fantastico" one click installs. If not, then read the "read me" file on how to upload it and install it. It's not that hard to do.

A link to what? If you're using godaddy.com's (or any other hosting service that has cpanel) hosting service, open their cpanel and find the fantastico installer. If you need to install it yourself on whatever server, you have to create a mysql database, and read the read me file that comes with the zip file that you downloaded from phpbb.com.
It's not that hard: upload all of the files that they put in the zip file (except for the read me file). Edit the "config.php" file so that your database info is in there. Reupload it to the server. Open http://www.yoursite.com/forums/install.php or whatever you named the directory that your forums are going to be in. And once it says that it was successfully installed, then you go into your directory and delete the install.php file.
That's basically what the read me file says. Like I said, it's not that hard.
