I have gotten Visual Basics Express Edition, and I was wondering, how do I get drag and drop, because I don't see it anywhere.

Have you started a new project on it yet? After you do that, a menu of things should appear on the left.

Although i'd rather you dragged all of VB studio's files to the recycle bin.
