It would probably to easier to help you if you told us exactly what you wanted to do.

HTML to Actionscript is a very broad topic.
Data from a HTML document displayed in a Flash File is a lot less broad.

There is a way, ever heard of google? try typing html in flash in google. Do know that only a small amount of html is allowed.

You can't put an iframe inside flash.

Flash uses it's own html engine.
