i cant seem to find the right name for him any suggestions/ratings?

Hahah, here's an idea. Make a whole bunch of these things, but in different clothes and colors. This one can be Mister Melancholy because of his frown. Then you can go on with

Mister/Miss/Misses
Pissy
Berserk
Feel Good (High Guy)
Blissed (Happy :D)
and a whole bunch of names due to their appearance. -.-

What animal is he supposed to be?

I can see either a fish with feet, or a green penguin with no beak.

The drawing is a 7/10, your shading is good, but I dislike the uber thick lines.

yeah i was just expearimenting with brush thicknesses :P.. i think he looks like a jellybean but with the arms he kinda looks like a penguin.

Anyway, nice drawing, pretty cool...keep to that kind of drawing and you will have created your own style. It made me laugh.
