I was banned for suggesting someone should hang themselves. This was not a threat, nor a racial slur. I did not suggest I was going to kill/hang them.

Why would the moderators ban anyone for that? Does Newgrounds support censorship? If you arn't being nice enough should you be banned? Do you enjoy posting in a athoritarian, monitored, controled, and policed enviorement?

Even if you do, in a forum where the free exchange of ideas is necessary(like this one). Should the moderators step in at all?(Excluding threats/racial slurs)

I was banned because someone made a topic calling me gay, which of course, is my fault somehow.

Quit your bitching, clock.

It's getting out of hand. It doesn't matter if 99% of your posts are relevant and thought-out, if you say one little thing you get banned.

I just signed up a few months ago, and there were no mods and except for a couple of users who spammed too much, everybody just chilled and had fun. Now it's so strict it's ridiculous.

There's like 20 rules that are so specific you can't remember them, like "If you say OMG and BTW in the same sentence and it uses over 8.5% of your post and it's not specifically relating to the Clock Crew you are banned. Unless you say OMG BTW consecutively and it's in the middle of your sentence and relates to Pico 2, then you are not banned. Of course if you are asking when Pico 2 comes out you are banned, due to rule #843."

It's almost harder to remember what is allowed then what isn't!

Don't make topics about your bans, why you were banned, or that you are back from a ban.

If you want to complain about the mods or the rules, you should email them privately, or send a complain/suggestion to Wade and Tom.

BTW NEM: you weren't banned because DarkCrystal made that topic about you. That would have been stupid.
