how do you make music free

i have looked every where on almost every site i just cant find how to make music free,

snif, snif can anyone help me!

FL Studio's Website

This program has a free fully functioning demo. The only limitation is that you can't save your project so you'll have to finish what you start.

I can't promise you'll understand the interface, but it has some good tutorials on the site.

u might want to google up "note worthy composer"
the free demo goes along like FL studios, but it allows sumthin like 4-8 saves or sumthin
IF u do classics XD

You´ve gotten plenty of relevant responces, but in case you missed out on Audacity, check it out. It won´t let you produce sound yourself, but if you can find (legal:) samples you can have fun looping, cutting, pasting, slicing and dicing and mixing... It´s efinitley a agood sstart I´d say.

One thing about making audio though; Everything depends on the purpose. Remember that! :)
