PCA is Prescribed Concentration of Alcohol, Although the paper printed no names I wouldn't be at all surprised if this were my mum, It all seems to fit but we probably won't know until it goes to court & the paper prints more details, we aren't in contact with her anymore.

Lick My Fucking Ass Odor? Why would you say that? All my mom does all day is watch tv, smoke, and occasionally go on AOL to check her mail. Then if me or my bro dont email her like once a week she sends us like 1300 emails asking if we are ok. I think its better than having a mom that doesnt care though, its just funny. Although im still pissed she blames me for her computer getting a virus!

Yep, it was mum, says alot for how heavily alcoholic she must have been, she'd not drank in 3 days yet she still had High Range readings, that means atleast 0.18 blood alcohol, 0.05 is the max legal limit, she goes to court on the 19th.
