Hi, im Djmr from daveshangout. I've just got this wicked competition open to all flash animators - the design a retard competition!

To celebrate a long put-off but now re-emerging project "The Retarded Institute", or TRI's, pilot episode in the works, I've started a competition called design a retard, where you get to design a retarded character of your own!
