This has probably been asked a million times, but, when I make my pivots and turn them into gif I put the frame delay as low as possible and the gif is still jumpy, what gives?
Example:
I should have let him be Revolver Ocelot!

a bigger version: oh yh and the guy at the end does more moves whoops not really bigger just longer cuz if i made it bigger it wuz more than 150k.
