I'm not really sure. I jsut read a tutorial on how to make your pivs in gif go the same speed as the pivs you make on the program.

ish you need to move all the characters because theres parts where 2 sticks are not moving and two more are and it alternates so be sure to work on that

work on littler projects first, don't overwhelm yourself with 50 different parts that need to be moved per frame. Work on one stick, and just try basic movements working with each limb and trying to replicate real movements. Start with the basics first.
