I have been curious to know this for a long time.

The winners of these contests (including awards) have their prizes delivered no matter in which place of the world they live in? Say for example, I don't know, some island in the Pacific. And what would happen if the prize was sent but it never got to the destination point?

He USED to deposit, but he decided to stop.

He WAS a much higher level, but because of the way the NG level system works he dropped some levels.
