At least in Iran, you know that being gay is a crime punishable by death. Here in the good old U.S.A., hateful people pass their own death sentences on people they perceive to be gay, and act outside the law.

Many gay people have been killed and/or tortured in the U.S., it just rarely makes the news anymore.

Somewhat like lynchings in the early 1900's.

This is still a scary country to live in, because you don't know what vigilantism awaits.

At any rate, I'm tired of clicking on these threads and reading all sorts of ignorant, untruthful things. The jokes aren't all that funny, either.
