Yes, finally. The democrats have control the House and Senate and have a larger Governatorial count. What do we do now? We have what we needed, now what do we do first? Should we impeach Bush first? When the republicans were in a place of power they abused every bit. The democrats surely won't do the same. What do my fellow liberals out there think?
Now, we debate.

Appoint Nancy Pelosi to wipe her ass with the 2nd amendment.

Stall on issues til the next election, hoping to pick up more seats.
Now, we debate.
Fifteen, maybe sixteen?

Ha. You show far too much optimism about the Democrats. They are more likely to just pursue vengeance on the Republicans who took power from them than to actually make any improvements.
By 2008, the Democrats will have disgusted everyone enough and the Republican party will have eliminated enough of the neo-cons for a Republican president to replace Bush.
Also, by the way, impeaching Bush would be an idiotic move politically.

Change will not happen unless otherwise inspired.
Seriously where are the activists? We really need more prominent out of office political figures then we have seen in the past few years.
But at least, we have a decent balance of power. Traditionally that means the politicians will be more sensitive to the people. If a big enough cause came along we might even have significant positive growth as a society. I mean if France can do it…

Fuck all you republicans, don't taint the topic. The democrats might not have many good ideas, but hey that is better than the shit load of retarded republican ideas. Did some people in the White-house just wake up and go hey I got an idea:
Republican One: Hey you know what,... we should make it to where school test standards are higher and lockdown all of the schools who don't meet the stadard and make them teach the problem area of the test only.
Republican Two: Sounds like a good idea to me. I mean it isn't like making the teachers teach only one subject for a prolonged amount of time could mess with the whole schools dynamic. Even if it does who cares, my kid go's to private school, fuck all those poor bastards. Only we should call it the No Child Left Behind act.
(a short while later)
Republican One: Scientific officials say that global-warming is destroying the world. So why don't we lower the EPA national air-polution standards. Better yet lets rename it, lets call it...... The Clean Air Initiative.
Republican Two: That'll fuck with em'.

Wow, what a bad thing to say. Hillary Clinton is a good person and all and I support democrats and all but damn. Think about it, Hillary isn't gonna be elected, even if she had Jesus working on her campaigne team. She will never get elected so give up.
As soon as Hillary has one the democratic nomination you might as well say hello to a republican president. With our flawed system in wich only two parties are recognized with full potential then you have to think. An Independant isn't gonna win. So... using the democratic nomination on Hillary would be a waste.
