If your serious, start by learning proportion and prespective, like the computer cord is way too big, and the whole thing looks flat.
Also learn a little more human anatomy, and make your people less blocky, try drawing the basic shapes of the body first to get a good feel for it.

Step 1; dont use paint unless your really really patient and actually talented. (drawing almost pixel by pixel with good knowledge of color use)
Step 2; Learn at least the slightest smidgen of human anatomy, yes its ok to have a style that deviates from the norm, but it helps to actually know what that norm is first.
Step 3; Dont suck so much
Step 4; I see you made a vague attempt at some sort of perspective, maybe trying making ONE uniform vanishing point on a horizon line to start, as opposed to having each object having its own.
Step 5; Shading is your friend, if you insist on using paint then use stippiling (pointalism, AKA little dots) or cross hatching for shading purposes.
