AS for a sniper game

I need help making a sniper game

using this link you can see my progress thus far. I would like to make a cool sniper game but i need some help

1. how do you make the gun flip and face the other way when you pass the middle of the screen?

2.is there anyway to go to a zoom mode when you press space bar

3.what is the best way to make targets for this

ps: the background image is just for beta testing it can be replaced with any picture and line up in the same way as it does now i just simple swap out the pics

i could really use some help
